Refund and Return Policy

At RK Trends Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic accessories.

• Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Eligible Reasons: Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed securely through local mobile wallets and bank accounts, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and direct bank transfers.

• Refund Timeline:

  • For advance-paid orders, refunds are issued instantly once the returned parcel is received and inspected.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) or other orders, refunds are processed within 3 days after the returned item arrives back at our warehouse.
