• Shipping & Delivery: We ship across Pakistan using reliable courier services (such as PostEx). Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by contacting our support team.

• Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items, subject to our Return Policy. Refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.
